Aiming High for Disabled Children (AHDC)

Aiming High for Disabled Children is a government-led programme designed to improve the lives of disabled children, young people and their families.

Funding is available to assist leisure and recreation providers in meeting the additional care and support needs that disabled children and young people may have when participating in an activity. This could be used by:

• Local Drama Clubs
• Youth Clubs
• Sports Centres
• or other leisure providers

Funding is only available up until 31 March 2011 - so make sure that your organisation doesn't miss out.  All the relevant information, downloadable resource pack and an order form are available on the Aiming High website.
