Aimed at anyone working with children in sport. This workshop presents the basic principles of good practice and introduces the concept of long term athlete development.

This workshop will help you to recruit more volunteers, motivate, retain, reward and manage them even more effectively.

Active Club Workshop (British Heart Foundation)
This workshop looks at adapted activity to engage with young people and encourage them to take part in physical activity. Activities are fun based and look at involving all young people.

Emergency 1st Aid
A 3 hour certified workshop covering essential knowledge for coaches and volunteers to administer a basic level of 1st Aid.
