Developing the Coaching Workforce Sport Hampshire & IOW is always looking for new coaches, officials and volunteers to support young people in sport. We provide a range of support mechanisms to assist new, novice and experienced coaches to achieve their potential as the best coaches their sport can offer. These include money towards NGB awards, Coach Education courses and mentoring programmes. We strongly recommend that all coaches working with children and young people attend Safeguarding & Protecting Children, Equity in Your Coaching, How to Coach Disabled People in Sport and Coach Better Sessions 1 & 2.
