Getting involved with lacrosse is simple!  Whether you are new to the sport or a veteran looking to increase your current involvement, there are several different avenues to choose from.

As a Player?

As a Volunteer?

There are several different award schemes for volunteering within the sport of lacrosse. If you would like any information regarding these schemes or any other aspect of volunteering, please contact David Coldwell, ELA Volunteer Coordinator, d.coldwell@englishlacrosse.co.uk

As a Teacher?

Teacher's Award: Primary and secondary teachers, learn to understand and teach fundamental strategies and principles of lacrosse.

Teacher's Refresher Course: Improve your knowledge and ability to coach field lacrosse.

As a Coach?

Level 1 - Development Coach Award: Learn the fundamentals, strategies and principles of lacrosse together with the basic techniques of play and coaching.

Level 2 - The Club Coach Award: Learn to develop your coaching skillsof field lacrosse.

As an Umpire?

Level 1 Local Test: Become qualified to umpire ELA League and BUSA matches.

Level 2 Territoral Test: Become qualified to umpire Territorial and County matches.
